Restoring the lives of families 

Joe Ann Carmichael have many years of management experience in the Corporate and governmental programs. She graduate from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, North Carolina with a Bachelor of  Social Work. She also has several years of management experience in various governmental and private sector jobs dealing with mentally and physically challenged teens and adults, pregnant teens, and alcohol treatment centers and human resources. She earned a Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Central Piedmont Community College, Charlotte, North Carolina.
